At Perfect Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The product received is not the item you ordered.
Non-Eligibility for Returns
Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- Incorrect size ordered. We encourage you to carefully check our size guide before placing your order to ensure you select the correct size.
Return Process
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order at prabhahar@perfectclothing.in or call us at +91 9600402445.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 12 days.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is not accepted due to reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Important Notes
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition they were received.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not returned in a resalable condition.
